We want you to be over the moon with your purchase, so if you change your mind for any reason we are more than happy to return all full-price purchases for a store gift voucher. Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and can be redeemed towards any full-price or sale garment across our website.
Please choose carefully as we are unable to provide a refund unless a garment is faulty.
Requests for a return must be made within 10 days of receiving your parcel. Please drop us a message at email@example.com with the subject line addressed as “Request to Return”
Garments will be quality assessed upon their return and must be received in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and including all original tags and packaging.
Please keep in mind that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and for peace of mind we do recommend you use a tracked shipping method to confirm the delivery. Thambili Island Wear is not liable for any lost incoming parcels.
Once your return has been received and approved, please allow up to 3 business days to receive confirmation of your store gift voucher details. Please keep in mind that original shipping costs, duties or taxes paid are non-returnable.
Please note that all SALE purchases are final, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items unless a garment is faulty.

All items are quality inspected prior to shipment, however in the rare case you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace or refund the garment at your preference. Please contact us with your faulty item description immediately upon receiving your parcel and include a photo of the fault so we can resolve this as fast as possible for you!

Thambili Island Wear endeavors to process all returns as soon as they are received, however please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. Customers will be emailed a confirmation once their return has been processed.
Thambili Island Wear reserves the right to deny an exchange/refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy. Returns of merchandise that are stained with deodorant, makeup, tanning product or any other substance will be denied.
For the avoidance of doubt, goods that have been intentionally damaged due to misuse will be denied.
