Key Responsiblities:

• Minimum of 5 years experience working at a clothing store or any apparel industry.
• Ability to Complete showroom operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
• Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to perform at their best.
• Ability to manage visual merchandising.
• Attend to statuary duties such as managing of inventories, cash and sales proceeds.
• Must be highly sales oriented and focused on customer service.

Key Qualifications:

• Planning, monitoring, and handling day to day operations at the store.
• Ability to maintain staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
• Keep up to date with trends and information and implement in the store.
• Ability to manage visual merchandising.
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office – Word & Excel.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
