Key Responsiblities:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working at a clothing store or any apparel industry.
- Ability to Complete showroom operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
- Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to perform at their best.
- Ability to manage visual merchandising.
- Attend to statuary duties such as managing of inventories, cash and sales proceeds.
- Must be highly sales oriented and focused on customer service.
Key Qualifications:
- Planning, monitoring, and handling day to day operations at the store.
- Ability to maintain staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Keep up to date with trends and information and implement in the store.
- Ability to manage visual merchandising.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office – Word & Excel.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
