Full-time Customer Service Executive

Who You Are:

  • An excellent communicator who can handle inquiries with patience, professionalism, and positivity with 2+ years of experience.
  • Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and building strong relationships.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using email, social media, and chat platforms for customer interactions.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via email, social media, and phone.
  • Provide product information, assist with orders, and resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service across all touchpoints.s
  • Monitor customer feedback and share insights with the team to help us improve our offerings.

This is a full-time role based out of Thambili Island HQ in Colombo 7.
